While Dr. Joel Fuhrman and other guest experts are featured throughout our programs, Health Truths is the sole presenter and seller of all products. Therefore please direct all questions and product-related inquiries to Health Truths only.

Digital Products

For digital online access products, refund requests must be made, in writing, and within 60 days from the original purchase date. To request a refund, please send an email to support@healthtruths.com

Subscriptions and Memberships

For ongoing monthly subscription services, or subscriptions paid in full with a one-time payment, refund requests must be made, in writing, and within 30 days from the original purchase date. After the initial 30 days, you may cancel any time which will stop any future charges. To request a refund, please send an email to support@healthtruths.com

Physical Products

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a full refund less the shipping and handling costs. ALL RETURNS must be requested within 60 Days (unless otherwise stated on the order page of the product you purchased) from the product shipment date. Physical products must be in new condition for them to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that if your order contains a Buy One, Get One, you will need to return both packages. Your refund will be processed as soon as the packages are returned back to our fulfillment warehouse.
